Eddie Hall to Appear at The Security Event 2026 with Lathams Steel Doors
The Security Event 2026 is set to welcome one of the most recognisable figures in British sport and popular culture, as World’s Strongest Man Eddie Hall joins Lathams Steel Doors for an exclusive appearance at the show.
Eddie will be appearing as part of a high-profile collaboration with Lathams Steel Doors, where visitors will be invited to meet him, enjoy a drink and see first-hand a brand-new “Beast Approved” steel residential door, designed to meet Eddie’s own uncompromising home security requirements.
The partnership between Eddie and Lathams follows a recent, widely shared incident outside Eddie’s home, which prompted the former World’s Strongest Man to reassess his personal approach to home security. Determined to find a solution that met his expectations for strength, resilience and peace of mind, Eddie began working with Latham’s to design a steel residential door robust enough to earn his personal seal of approval.
The result is the “Beast Approved” front door - a purpose-built steel security door engineered to withstand extreme force and tested to the limit. In the run-up to The Security Event 2026, a new video will be released across social platforms showing Eddie putting the door through its paces with a sledgehammer, ensuring it truly lives up to the “Beast Approved” name.
The door itself will be unveiled and showcased exclusively at The Security Event 2026 on the Latham’s stand, giving visitors the opportunity to see the product up close, understand the design process, and hear directly from Eddie about why residential security matters to him.
Lathams will also be taking part in the LPCB Live Testing Lab, providing visitors with a unique opportunity to witness a team of professional forced entry specialists engaging with a diverse range of physical security products.
Visitors can meet Eddie at the Lathams stand during the following times:
Tuesday 28 April: 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Eddie will also be joining the networking drinks afterwards and will make a cameo appearance on stage alongside the DJ.
Wednesday 29 April:

1:30pm - 3:00pm
