A joint pavilion from two of the UK’s leading industry bodies will take centre stage at The Security Event Australia (TSEAU) and The Fire Safety Event Australia (FSEAU), reinforcing the growing convergence between fire safety and security within modern building systems.

The UK Pavilion will bring together the expertise of the Fire Industry Association (FIA) and the British Security Industry Association (BSIA), two long-standing partners of the European edition of The Security Event & The Fire Safety Event. Their support in the Australia events marks the continuation of a successful collaboration as the events expand into new international markets.

The pavilion will serve as a focal point for visitors seeking insight into how integrated fire and security solutions are evolving across the built environment. As buildings become increasingly connected, the alignment between fire detection, life safety and electronic security technologies continues to play a critical role in protecting people, property and assets.

Peter Poole, Group Event Director for Nineteen Group, said: “We’re delighted to welcome the FIA and BSIA to Australia as part of our growing international event portfolio. Both organisations have been valued partners of our European shows for many years and their support for the UK pavilion reflects the increasingly interconnected nature of fire safety and security systems. Bringing that collaboration to Australia will add significant value for visitors and exhibitors alike, particularly as the industry continues to move towards more integrated and intelligent building protection.”

Chris Tilley, Head of Commercial from the FIA, commented: “The Fire Industry Association is proud to support the UK Pavilion at the Fire Safety Event Australia in Melbourne, as part of our global partnership with Nineteen Group and ongoing commitment to championing UK fire safety expertise on the global stage. The UK ranks third globally for fire safety exports. UK manufacturers and service providers are recognised worldwide for their quality, innovation, and adherence to high standards, and this event provides an excellent platform to showcase that capability to an international audience.”

John MacAskill, Export Director from the British Security Industry Association added: "International exhibitions such as The Security Event Australia are vital in raising global awareness of British security manufacturing and solutions. They allow UK companies to demonstrate not only technological capability, but also governance, ethics and standards
that increasingly matter to international buyers. The BSIA’s ongoing collaboration with Nineteen Group helps ensure that this message is consistently and credibly represented worldwide.”

Taking place alongside one another, The Security Event Australia and The Fire Safety Event Australia will bring together leading manufacturers, technology providers, consultants, installers and end users from across the region. The events provide a platform for innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the rapidly evolving security and
fire safety sectors.

The Security Event Australia and The Fire Safety Event Australia bring together leading manufacturers, integrators, consultants, end users and industry bodies to explore the latest innovations, technologies and best practice shaping the future of security and fire protection across the region. Through a combination of exhibition stands, live demonstrations and expert-led conference sessions, the events provide an essential meeting point for professionals responsible for protecting people, property and critical infrastructure.

Co-located alongside these events is Melbourne Build Expo, Victoria’s largest construction  and design show. Also taking place is InstallerSHOW Melbourne, Australia’s must-visit event for HVAC&R professionals, connecting the heat, water, air and energy sectors.
